Pure Online was designed for computers that are fairly well equipped. If you are on a dial-up connection, are using Windows 98, or are on a computer without basic multimedia capabilities, you will likely not be able to use the online workshop. If you have signed up already, are experiencing problems with the site, and fit this criteria, please email us and we will gladly issue you a refund.
